Service Terms
These terms apply to requests submitted to JOHN CONNECT SERVICE. A personalised quotation, invoice or written agreement may add service-specific conditions.
Independent service provider
JOHN CONNECT SERVICE is an independent private service provider. We are not an embassy, immigration authority, government agency, bank, school authority or hotel authority unless a written project agreement expressly says we are acting as a contracted technology provider for that organization.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee visas, jobs, admission, appointments, government approval, business profit or any third-party decision. Final decisions remain with the responsible authority, employer, institution, client or service provider.
Client responsibilities
- Provide genuine, accurate and readable information.
- Review the written scope, quotation and limitations before payment.
- Keep passwords, OTPs, PINs and security answers private.
- Use official portals and comply with applicable laws and deadlines.
Service scope
Work begins only after the requested service, fee, payment stage and deliverables are confirmed in writing. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.
Third-party services
Government portals, payment providers, hosting companies, airlines, hotels and other third parties operate independently. Their fees, availability, rules and decisions are outside our control.
